Pauper allowances for First Quarter 1912

It appearing to the Court that the Quarterly County Court of Sevier County, has heretofore at various sessions made appropriations to be paid to various poor persons in said County as paupers, and has directed that the same be paid quarterly by Sevier County, and it now appears to the Court that the following named parties are entitled to the amounts hereinafter set out, for the quarter ending March 31,st. 1912 as follows to wit:

  • Margaret Scruggs, 6.00

  • Mary White, 6.00
  • Polly Spradling, 15.00
  • S. A. Maples, Agt., 15.00
  • P. I. Mount, Agt., 15.00
  • Jesse Ramsey, 10.00
  • Robert McGill, 7.50
  • Thomas Newman, 7.50
  • Randolph Sutton, 15.00
  • Mulen Hodge, 7.50
  • Kindrick Bailey, 7.50
  • Mary Williams, 15.00
  • James McCeldry, Agt., 10.00
  • J. M. Robert, Agt., 6.00
  • Joe M. Williams, Agt., 10.00
  • Polly Ann Barnes, 15.00
  • Cephys McCarter, 10.00
  • J. L. Yarberry, Agt., 15.00

The foregoing amounts will be paid by Sevier County as heretofore ordered by the Quarterly County Court, to the parties entitled thereto as herein above shown, and the Clerk will certify the same for payment as the law directs.
