The Johnny Waters Photograph Collection features places in and around the Sevierville area, including local political figures whom Waters knew during his tenure as Chairman of the TVA Board of Directors. Waters (1929-1918) served as Director for the Tennessee Valley Authority from 1984 through 1993. President George H. W. Bush appointed him as Chairman of the Board of Directors in 1991.
