Myth or truth? This is such an interesting story about the Yunwi Tsunsdi (Yun-Wee-Joon-Stee) indigenous people of the Appalachians.
Isaac Dockery, a successful African-American businessman of Sevier County, built the first brick yard and kiln in the county. Dockery is credited for building many local prominent buildings, including the Masonic Lodge, New Salem Baptist Church, and the iconic Sevier County Courthouse.
